Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the $10 deposit and be charged an additional 20% cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit their $10 deposit and will be charged an additional 20% cancellation fee.
